I went to make a payment on my phone and it without my permission merged a phone call into a conference call and when I attempted to hang up it kept calling me back repeatedly not allowing me to hang up and make another call it was super sketchy I've never had that happen as long as I've been with Verizon and trying to contact the customer service representative was very very difficult and when I finally connected we were disconnected and trying to get a hold of him from there was impossible I was continuously looped to be hung off on poor quality representation of what should be quality customer service and thoroughly disappointing as a long time customer
