Verizon- Terrible Chat Agent

I tried to change auto pay to a monthly payment plan where I mailed my money to Verizon. The CHAT agent could not help me despite my explaining carefully to her this simple procedure. Then she cut me off without helping at all. If you get "Olivia" as a CHAT agent, don't bother to spend time with her. She is incompetent
