Spent a month and a half attempting to set up an online internet account to get promised monthly discount. Never succeeded. (I began earning a living in IT around 1982.) Apparently their entire website support assumes everyone is a Microsoft user. I’m not, so all the helpful chatbots were useless to me, and kept repeating the same 3 irrelevant options for service. Finally got through to a human to pay the closing bill. Was charged an additional $10 USD for “human-assisted service” with no warning - it appeared in the form of a notice of transaction from my bank, after the payment went through.
