I got a promo for Uber One for 3 months for free.. I go to redeem it and it’s trying to charge me.. So I reach out to Uber Eats support and they completely ignore my request and then end the chat to transfer me to a team that takes 6-12 hours to respond.. I open a new chat ask for someone to please resolve the issue transfers again for a 6-12 hour wait.. I then open a new chat and ask for a manager or supervisor to please please call me so I can get my issue resolved.. Basically says no cuz a manager won’t do anything different and end the chat by transferring me to the same 6-12 hour waiting period.. One of them even said they’re just following guidelines.. Shouldn’t the guidelines be to help the customers? Nope.. They don’t think so..
