We have been using Ready Refresh for a number of years and will NEVER use it again. After multiple calls, I was finally able to cancel my membership and auto-ship orders.
My company typically purchases 10 cases of water per month on average.
In the last two years, they have postponed our deliveries at least 20 times, from one day to another and even from week to week.
On this particular occasion, Ready Refresh changed the delivery date three times. When we called, they promised that the water would be here Friday (which was already late), we received a message from them saying that the package would be delivered on Saturday, despite the fact that there would be no one present at the office to receive it.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with them. Prior to this incident, they perpetually sent us cases of miniature water bottles when we specifically ordered the 24-pack 700ml sports bottles. After complaining to customer service and being told that the issue was resolved, they kept sending us the wrong order for months. We had to persistently call multiple times until the issue was finally resolved.
Every time we call, they apologize and tell us it will be there tomorrow or the day after, and of course, it’s never delivered on the day they promised; it’s always late, either by a few days or a few weeks. This defeats the purpose of scheduling orders months in advance.
In conclusion, I strongly do not recommend this company unless you want to chase them weekly for your water bottles. Thank God we were finally able to cancel and close our account.
