Samsung-What a Nightmare

Im writing this today to forewarn any potential customers of Samsung of the untold nightmare that you will have if you need any support regarding your purchase

In November 2022, we purchased a Samsung Bispo fridge with a promotion that included free alternative color panels. It took a while for the rebate to be issued for the free panels and we ordered the color of our choice Tuscany steel in February 2023.

The order hung out in the Samsung system for four months before we called the first time in which we were assured that the panels would ship shortly

In November 2023, after nine months of waiting, we called back again to demand an answer on whether or not these panels would materialize. After three hours on customer service, we finally found an honest rep who told us that color was likely to stay out of stock indefinitely, and she didn’t even know if they’d make it anymore,

Mind you we have made several aesthetic decisions in our kitchen remodel that were based around this color scheme, and this appliance set in particular! Imagine the frustration when they tell you that color we promised you and we strung you along for nine months for won’t ever be available

So they canceled the order for the Tuscany panels and re-issued the credit to my Samsung account. Unfortunately when I tried to use the new credit, it was giving an error code on the website so I had my second round of nightmarish customer service interactions

Today I have spent over three hours on the call with customer service have been hung up on twice during a legend transfers Have spoken with dozens of useless people in the customer service department, who could not help me out. The credit that was malfunctioning has been removed from my account under the premise that they would then re-issue it, but it has not been re-issued and we were disconnected during the call,

I’m at my wits end have wasted more of my life than I can even speak of total of almost 8 hours of frustration, not even counting the initial orders or time we wasted trying to place other orders. This is just time spent on the phone with useless humans

So I ask you, Sam how exactly do you expect people to recommend your brand when this is the type of experience that you give a customer who is completely reasonable and just wants what was promised and what was paid for?

I’m disgusted that in the modern era accompany, this large could be this terrible, it’s inexcusable and shameful. Shame on you Samsung and to anyone reading this in the future you will be me you will feel these feelings you will experience these experiences if you buy from this brand, save yourself the trouble.
