Billed me for a service I didn’t ask for. They did a second credit check to add a service, which I couldn’t use because they activated an Android watch plan even after I clarified that I had an Apple watch. Called support again and they blamed me so I moved providers. They then sent me a bill for an activation fee. The next call I made, the support agent 1. said I’m no longer a customer. 2. implied I used the service because I only deactivated a few days later (contradicting themselves that Android Watch plan doesn’t work on Apple watch) and wouldn’t have refunded me if I didn’t have the interaction ID.
I never felt so justified switching providers and will recommend to everyone to steer clear of this lousy company.
Rogers you are paying a salary for unempathetic, unhelpful customer support. You’re literally bleeding money AND customers so good luck. I’m happy with Virgin mobile.
