Horrible customer service! I cancelled a subscription, confirmed with the website it was cancelled, was charged the next day, initiated a dispute on PayPal that they misfiled 2 times finally got it filed correctly had all the paperwork and they rejected it. I called in and talked to someone on the phone and they said “the company claimed you used their service a lot.” I asked what about all the evidence showing I cancelled my subscription and was charged again. Oh let me talk to a manager - comes back and says yes we will resolve in your favor now. An hour later I get a note my case was denied and my credit card will be charged?! Then the company itself agrees to refund me and instead of refunding it to my original payment method they refund it to PayPal bucks. It’s absolutely absurd and they refuse to put the money back on my card! I filed a BBB dispute and someone called me today and was extremely rude, still claiming I never canceled my subscription was charged correctly and the company should have never refunded me…
