Paypal- Customer service is usefull

Been trying to change married surname on my 12yr account for 10yrs now; Paypal refuse all the Gov ID I send (+ ignore bank account linked to PP-!) & say only way is to make a new account - using exactly same ID they won't accept to change surname.. Ring up & you speak to a human bot who won't listen & hangs up when they run out've bot speak USELESS !
