This company is the absolute worst! We've been trying to cancel the subscription for over a complete Year! Eveytime we do so they promise and confirm with us that it has been canceled and every month the new invoice arrives.
The worst part is that they won't let us access our account, therefore we can't remove our payment method. So they keep on charging us reocurently.
WE've contacted customer service plenty of times and they continue to fail and help us out. Never purchase a subscription from them again!
