Here's a first for an airline! JetBlue's incompetence is staggering. At JFK, we cannot board because the cabin is 98 degrees. Some incompetent JetBlue employee, of which there are many, never put the cabin air conditioner on! We had to wait 90 minutes for the cabin to cool down before we could board.
If another airline services your destination city, choose it! Let JetBlue quietly clip its own wings until it flies no longer.
