I rarely stay at Hilton's however I stayed at a double tree in Dana Point through Priceline. Are these things worth complying over and to who?
- Hotel said light renovations. They were remodeling 20+ rooms which we were advised to walk through the work zones to get to our room. Also renovating entire parking garage, pool etc. definitely not light renovations
- Entire lobby, elevators, garage smelled like sewage.
- 3 outlets didn't work.
- Internet didn't work.
- AC didn't work for more than 5 minutes and it was 75 degrees in the room...
- Drilling started at 6:45...
It was the worse experience my wife and I have ever had including motel 6s. I got 0 sleep. We arrived at 9 PM and didn't realize the AC wasn't working until I woke up at 1 am tinkering. We are both avoiding conflict and saw a few others complain when we checked out so we just left.
