We added a new line during their promotion that would send a phone iPad and I watch at a nice discount. Instead of one they sent two of each item. We tried to send the second set back they wouldn’t take it so we went into their store in Joplin Missouri and they said it was taken care of. It wasn’t we still have the set because they didn’t take it back and we are being charged for both sets full price instead of the promotion. I have spent so much time on the phone I’m done . When we get this stuff paid for we will never use Verizon again. I’m off work and struggling to pay for something we didn’t need.
