I was switched to a new service for 2 years that was supposed to be less expensive with 1 Gig, however I have had 2 new modems from them within 2 days & neither is working. I called in after I picked up the new box & the automated system asked no less than 6 times if I Wanted to Chat to which I kept saying "No." So the call was disconnected. Finally I had no choice, but to go to Chat. Your responses in their Chat are not visible to them, so they keep disconnecting the call. When I finally did get a Live Chat Agent. They were not able to see my responses??? So when they do send a Technician out due to their inadequent products, horrible service, & horrible Customer Service, they want to charge $100. This is a Scam.
