Been with this cable/internet provider for many years. Always had great service up until this recent attemp to upgrade my modem for free. I was sent a modem with cable attachment that did not fox my cable outlet. I needed a spliter outlet in stalled. 2 days of nightmarish automatic phone service and tech support making service appointments that were never really made, numerous ways to get me to sign up for automatic bank payments. I feel like I know with certainty that the Prince from Nigeria that tried to give me a million dollars years ago is now working in Comast tech support. The fee, if I could have gotten a tech person to my home would have been a minimum of $100.00. I returned the modem and am looking for a new company.
Comcast- I feel scammed!
