Comcast – Complaint

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. First they took 3 weeks to get me a working modem and then overcharged me and refuse to call me back to fix the issue. I've had them for two months and my account has been hacked twice and I've had to change banks and hire a company to monitor and protect my personal information. They are absolutely awful.
