City Furniture – Complaint

I would never buy another piece of furniture from this place ever again, I have warranty on my love seat which a piece of wood broke on the arm rest, the tech came out and looked at it and said he will put in for a replacement, when I did not hear back from them in 10 days I called to see what was going on. I was told the broken piece of wood was not factory defect, which in turn they told me they would not repair it, I told them there was no way I could of done it like they mentioned because its in the back of the middle consul on the arm rest which does not move. so I'm writing this piece because this is very unacceptable and i was lied to by the tech which never asked for a replacement. or a repair and they refused, stay away from this place
