AT&T-Worst company

If I could rate them a zero star I would. Had a contract started that stated the amount to be paid every month plus tax. Since day one was never honered paying from $10-20 extra. They would add a $6 (per line) on something that I did not ask for. I also turned in a phone to get a big credit. One day I got an offer from customer service if I wanted to lower my bill. He said only my phone plan would change to a cheaper one. Turns out that plan would cancel the credit I got. Not once did they notify me. When I confronted them about it they said "we sent you a text". You had 30 days to change it back. I was very mad telling them now did they think that a text from a 5 digit number would be notifing someone. That it was unprofessional. It should have been told at the time my service was being changes, by email, by mail or for them to give me phone call. They kept repeating themselves of "them notifing me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Which I was denied. Apparently the man said my supervisor will only tell you the same thing as I. I asked them to listen to the call from that agent and see that he specifically said how much I would pay and that they had to train their customer service better because most of them were selling things they did not know about. I also told him I was sent the new phone plan and in no place did it say your credit will be removed if you change your plan. He stated over and over that it didn't say it there but they "notified" me by that text message. I kept arguing that even my phone see thous messages as "potencial scam". I called some other companies to see if they could buy out my contract. Apparently even if I pay my phone in full it will be useless outside of At&t company. That At&t tends to do that to force clients into staying with them. I called over the phone and went to other phone companies. All said the same. At&t is a scam! They will tell you over and over that the system is updating and made a mistake. Not refund what they overcharged you or give you a partial part and their phones are useless outside their company. It is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM AS A PHONE COMPANY OR ANYTHING!
