This company is terrible. They were my wireless company for 25 years, but they were very expensive, so I contacted them on 2/19 and they told me that my current price was the best that they could do, so on 3/3, I called Consumer Cellular and bought their service with 2 new phones and insurance for $64 less per month than I was paying with AT&T. I received my new phones on 3/6 and terminated my service on that day, but on 3/10, AT&T charged my bank account for another month. I then discovered this abd tried to contact AT&T and their automated system tells me that my phone number is no longer in their system, so I need to call my new company to discuss my issue, and then the system automatically disconnects. I tried this 9 times on 3/10 and failed each time.

On 3/11, a Ulysses in the AT&T Office of the President called. The amount taken out is for last month.
I told him that you pay your fee for future not past and he disagreed with me. I told him that I will never do business with them again. Totally dishonest!
