Ok so let me start by saying this, me and my husband have been on Att for a few years now, after switching from straight talk we hoped to have better luck with att. Sure enough we got more screwed out of our money than ever before! First off, one of the employees that had worked down at our local Att store gave us this "grand" deal, of being cheap but having unlimited good service, come to find out that he lied and that our first bill quoted us over $400!? The heck?!... Then, after long hours and several months of trying to fix the problem our phone bill was somewhat steady and normal for a bit until it started going more and more up in the price range. Then after we had dealt with a bad storm, that had messed up with our hotspot device (according to the customer service representative on the phone) we ended up having to get another number for the device. Then come to find out that there was an extra line on our phone bill that was charging us, actually 2 lines that we weren't aware until the employees at the Att store told us! Once we got those lines taking off, they said that we would only be charged $135 at the most......NOW our bill is way over that and we just found out that another line that we didn't recognize is on our plan, like what the heck man?! Why can't these people do something right, and pull the stick outta their rears?! People do not switch to Att, you will be on a wild goose chase with your phone bill until you discontinue your account...and honestly by the way that this back and forth crap has gone you may still have a lingering phone bill with Att even if you did cancel your plan!! BE CAUTIOUS!! And whatever you do I repeat DO NOT waste your time, frustration, and money on the phoney phone company!!
