AT&T- Doesn’t care about their customers

I’ve had AT&T for four years. They refused to actually provide me with Internet and tell me my only option is to use my hotspot. My hotspot only allows me 10 gigs a month with the most expensive plan, which is $65. It cannot stream any TV it does not work for any video games, I can do it if we’re on a road trip we can use the hotspot to let somebody else use the Internet, but does not benefit me at all. I have called and tried to work something out with them. They flat out refuse or they just hang up on me. This company is a definition of corporate greed. They are the biggest scumbags in the phone industry and the Internet industry. They don’t respect you. They refused to help in anyway unless you are buying whatever they’re selling even when you pay for the most expensive expensive product they have they refused to help you, they don’t see you as a human being. You were nothing but a peasant to them they were overall greedy and garbage company. They have no solutions if you don’t want to pay extra money and even when you do pay extra money, the solution is not great I hope the person who owns this company , and the people who work here all lose their job and become homeless and have to suffer for the rest of their lives they couldn’t care less about you or their customers
