Worst customer service experience. 8 minutes of phone tree to even get an agent request in. 22 minutes on hold. Live Agent not aware of all previous support issues or outages and not able to do anything. Runs me through all the same triage that has no effect. Must send tech to house - 3rd time in 6 weeks. Service was OUT for 2 days. Whole weekend two weeks previously. Not one person at this company is invested in helping. Everyone just going through the motions.
