Was sold ATT phone service by a rep at a Fred Meyer market in Issaquah, wa. Told me my service for two senior lines would be $85 mo. He lied - the service wanted to charge me $85 per line. Within three days I cancelled the service and sent the two phones to ATT.
Since then terrible customer service. After paying for service I didn't receive, they had the audacity to charge me $110 restocking fees for two phones that were never used. Beware - do not fall for their sales pitch, because even if you cancel within the 3 day contract period, they will milk you for every dollar. I will never deal with ATT, for any service, again.
