American Airlines does not care about their customers. I lost my AirPod on the airplane after it fell out of my ear while I was sleeping. When the flight landed, I tried to find it before disembarking. However, as soon as the last person left the plane, I was told I had to leave and wasn't allowed to continue searching. The staff just said, "Sorry you lost it." They knew my AirPod was on the plane but didn't help me find it. If I had been given at least five minutes, I could have found it, but now I have to buy new AirPods because of their lack of assistance. They simply don't care.
