Failed to deliver on their Amazon prime service.
They did not deliver my order even though the tracking said it was out for delivery.
It took over half an hour on a chat with two different operators trying to find out why. They couldn’t explain why it wasn’t delivered but told me there was now an issue with sorting the order. The operator couldn’t tell me what the problem was but offered me a 5dll “good will gesture”. This was all they were allowed to do as a basic operator, their words. Still waiting.
