My order is on hold and says I need verification. I verified everything, but didn't understand what document to attach since my card is a new one. The first agent told me that I'm verified and all is good. Today I was asked again for verification. In the middle of the conversation with the first agent they send me to another one who completely ended the conversation.
As if they don't want me to continue purchasing from Amazon. Well ok, I'll close my account. I'm not obliged to deal with a disrespectful team while all I'm doing is trying to purchase through this website.
