Amazon- Be aware of thieves

Had a seller try to bait and switch on me and then tell me to cancel. He then collects the payments and tells a bunch of lies that Amazon themselves said are lies. He also tells me he used Amazon seller services to get my name and my address and made threats to me. Amazon customer service said that customer can only make complaints against sellers not Amazon. Even though they see that he threatened to come to my house and that he refunded me Amazon is still saying I have to wait to recieve my money back even though I also haven’t even recieved anything and the order is cancelled. I deleted my Amazon account and won’t use again.
