I have been a customer for over 10 years with the same number and address with automatic payments. Saturday I went to add a line and they found that I was not able to add a line because someone stole my information back in October 2023 and create an account in the State of GA for U-verse internet and is a debt of $304.48 I called the Froud department the representative refuse to provide his name and told me to go and make a report online and hang up the phone call on me.
This is bad, there is no security wit clients information, there is a horrible customer service no body wants to help me to resolve this issue that the AT&T company create in the first place not protecting my information in the first place. I need this problem resolved ASAP
