I had Verizon for over a decade. I went from paying $86 to $165. Now that I switched carriers I'm paying around $40! So much for thinking being a loyal customer would benefit me. When you leave the company it is almost impossible to pay your final bill because your account is closed and can't access it with your account number or phone number. AND when you talk with a live person on the phone they charge you an extra $10 dollars for that convenience.
