Horrendous service. If I could do negative stars I would. Probably out of country based live customer service, by people who don’t understand half of what you’re saying, and get absolutely nothing accomplished. Then continue to try and sell you crap after you’re fed up with them. Really too bad all these major companies have a monopoly, else I would refuse to have any service of theirs whatsoever.
