City Furniture – Complaint

I canceled my order last Friday with my account representative Alex. He told me he canceled it, but he lied, and I received an email today with the delivery information. I've called 3 times and no one can fully cancel my order and I need to wait for a call back from the cancellation department. I was planning to visit the store this weekend to check out more furniture, but this service is unacceptable. If you go to City Furniture in Midtown and meet Alex, ask for another rep.
