City Furniture uses deceptive sales tactics by offering a supposed warranty that covers EVERYTHING, but when you want to use the warranty they tell you that it does not cover you. I bought a sectional that shortly after the cushions sank, the technician came to my house and said that the material was very poor. However, supposedly the report he presented to the company said it was due to normal use. Even so, they were supposed to send me a replacement for 1 cushion but after 7 months they never did.
