AT&T- Extremely disspointing

I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for years, with multiple services, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. After participating in a trade-in promotion for the iPhone 16 Pro Max, everything seemed fine for the first few months – the promotion was applied, and I was happy with my new phone. But after 4 months, AT&T started charging me more than what was agreed upon, without any prior warning or consent. When I contacted customer service, I was treated with disrespect, and they even tried to accuse me of committing fraud!

The worst part is that I’m not alone – I’ve heard of others who have faced similar issues, where after a few months, AT&T attempts to charge the full price of the phone, despite already receiving the old trade-in device months ago. The whole situation feels like a scam.

What’s even more frustrating is that AT&T always seems to be looking for ways to charge you more. Each time I’ve called customer service, the experience has been worse. The reps are rude, unhelpful, and don’t show any respect for the loyalty and number of services I’ve had with them. They just don’t value their long-term customers.

I’m extremely disappointed with how AT&T has handled this situation, and I’ll be seriously considering switching providers if this isn’t resolved quickly. I absolutely do NOT recommend AT&T. They don’t appreciate the amount of time or services you’ve committed to them, and they’ll treat you poorly when you try to resolve issues.

Stay away if you value good customer service and fair business practices.
