To be honest, the system never really worked perfectly. The smoke detector sets off the alarm when you boil water sometimes. The panel is installed next to a stairwell and sets off the tampering alarm when you walk up the stairs. The door lock works every once in awhile and then it doesn't again. Paying 64 bucks per month for this is a ripoff I think.
