Adobe – Customer Support is very bad

Until a few months ago I didn't have access to a paid Adobe subscription, so whenever I had an issue I'd just Google it.

Since now I do, I've had issues with either creative cloud or just Photoshop and had to contact them 3 times. This was a last resort because I couldn't find any help on Google. All 3 times they took 3+ hours on remote access and didn't solve the issue. All 3 times either I or someone else managed to figure it out on our own.

This last time camera raw suddenly stopped working, I couldn't find my exact issue on Google so I contacted support. The guy who worked on my case said he tried everything and he was going to escalate the issue to the senior team, but that I might have to reinstall Windows....

Lo and behold I thought to do a differently worded Google search and found a fix that seemed incredibly obvious. It worked.

The other times the issue also got resolved by a friend of a friend who's not even like a professional IT guy. How is it possible that they can't solve any issues? Has anyone had this same experience?
