Canva- No support

Fairly easy to pick up. But I've been totally unable to resize my graphic and then resize the background properly, it doesn't appear possible. But the worst part is the support. Every time I get a different person respond to my thread, all they do is a long protracted apology before sending videos how to do stuff but it never addresses the issue, the mouse shoots around the screen and there is no sound. They absolutely will not have a call with me. The solution as I've repeatedly pointed out is just a quick Teams call where I can show the issue and they can show me the solution. Couldn't take more than 2 mins....but they just wont do it, they prefer another 100 messages. Support non existent, you are on your own to work around and use Google to solve issues. I'm using the pro version which attracts a monthly fee but still no useful support is provided. If you can find a program with proper support you should consider that instead.
