I signed up for internet essentials on May 31st. Charges are only supposed to be $9.95. Submitted my verifications for "essentials" June 7 and June 16, since they claimed they did not received it. On July 5th they changed my plan to CONNECT, and I went on a chat with them on July 7th and July 27 (1 1/2 hours on each chat) They assure me I had essentials on. Today, July 18 they charged my account with $88.68!!! Bad intercommunications among their departments. Too bad no other company offers cheap internet when you have kids in school. Put only an express card on their autopay, so you control how much and when they get paid for their services.
