Unauthorized activity to my credit card on file with them. Customer service reps are most difficult to understand on phone. My request to cancel contract not honored on date requested. Repairman made 4 visits to repair dishwasher. Leaked water over floor. Had to purchase new one. Claimed there is a fee to cancel contract but misrepresented date I made request! User's recommendation: See if reps can CLEARLY explain product BEFORE you sign up
