Bad

I signed up in my (non-US) country in Aug 2015, and enjoyed this service for 9 years. I never once stopped or paused my account and never had a major issue until this year.

After being assured by an agent in April 2024, that I could use my account on two different WiFi networks (in my country), I upgraded to a more expensive plan, but then Netflix changed policies, and this was no longer allowed. With my original plan discontinued, I was forced to switch my plan on July 24, 2024 (while in my country) to the only cheaper plan was an ad-supported plan for $6.99.

A week later, I turn on Netflix (for the first time since switching) and see a notice telling me that the ad-supported plan in not available in my country (the same one that I've been in this whole time) and a Netflix agent is now telling me that I signed up somewhere else when I was very physically in my country on August 1, 2015 (which according to Netflix, is when I signed up). It's a week into this "non-existent" new plan and I have not been offered a refund, neither can I even find a link to how to request one, but now I am supposed to go pay $15.49 to switch to an ad-free plan, or cancel and wait until the next billing cycle (23 days) to watch Netflix again under a plan supported in the country where I've lived all my life and been a Netflix customer for 9 years?

Well, no. These bait and switch policies have become old and Prime does not give me this amount of stress. Sorry to have to go, but this is too much frustration for something that's supposed to be fun and entertaining
