Dominos-Complaint on refund

I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve been trying to get in touch with a specific Domino’s location (about a refund they didn’t process) for days, but nobody will pick up the phone, no matter how long I wait. I also tried calling Domino’s Corporate (their World Resource Center), which isn’t even staffed by humans (the automated voice told me to contact my local Domino’s).

I also tried emailing Domino’s customer support, only to receive this automated response (see photo). What’s the point? All they did was generate a case ID for me and tell me to reach out to Domino’s support, who I cannot get in touch with for the life of me.

could technically visit this Domino’s location in person, but I moved recently, so it’d be a pain in the ass to get there.
