Worst customer service i’ve ever received. last time i got disconnected 3 times because they didn’t wanted to do the hard work of actually helping. i was like ok, bad day i guess….and today…i am texting about my mac and i have to tell them the same info about 5 times in a row (but that’s the issue with them, you have to tell them everything at least 100 times before they text back…i see.) and at the end they ask me if i want to get the mac to service because they cannot resolve the issue with me. i say yes, i pick the store i want to leave it and then they disconnect it, someone comes bac, writes….”let me see how i can help” and then disconnect it…..without giving me the f******service?!?!? wt*
