Bloomex- Zero stars for service

If ZERO stars was an option, I would have selected it. I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my friend on my her birthday. The order was never delivered. I contacted customer service to find out why. They provided no reason, no acknowledgment of error, no apology. They simply stated that they will "request" to have the order delivered the next day. Nice to have a birthday surprise a day late! I understand things happen, I just would appreciate an explanation and resolution, and maybe even an apology. Accidents happen, it's how they are resolved that makes the difference. The service was horrendous. I would not ever use this company again. Do not recommend!
